Set in the Massat Valley in a 150 year old chalet style farm we are surrounded by several acres of our own land, great for practising bike handling skills or just relaxing under a shady tree. Roquefort has successfully welcomed through its doors international racing teams, families, couples and  individuals .We can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 12 people.[The bar] [ The river][ About us]
	The road and tracks for mountain biking and road cycling are next to the us, essential for rolling from bike onto a comfortable courtyard Fear not, your cycling days will not end with a long steep climb or  a potholed farm track
	The dinning room is rarely used in the summer months , the terrace being the usual choice of destination for aperatifs and bike repairs. Our cooking gets as many complements in our visitors book as the scenery .It is our other passion we use local ingredient  enjoy cooking vegetarian food and only buy our meat from the butcher in Massat who chooses his animals himself before they are slaughtered .
	The walls of the main house are a  metre thick is  built out of local stone  and decorated in a light airy fashion In the winter months the meals are usually taken à table before moving into the bar for  the aprés ski  Each of the three large first floor bedrooms house a  mixture of single, double and bunk beds for maximum flexibility, two have south facing balconies .On the third floor is a beautiful stone-walled room which is a massage room and dormitory.
	Our well loved bar because of it's metre thick walls remains at a constant temperature  so is always a sanctuary from the heat. The scene of many an impromptu party. The "punishment stool" in the bar  Just in case you feel  you didn't do enough cycling  !! For those satisfied with their days efforts we do have more comfortable chairs .
	The Cycle centre in Liverpool are regular customers we have collected several of their famous candlesticks   made from bikes of course.
	The river the scene of many a dip in the heat of the summer .Never runs so dry that a keen swimmer can't swim angainst th flow in the deeper pool. But you have to be brave it is never warm !
