So you think you’re hard ?

Matt di Canio of the 2000 Linda McCartney squad likes to train. Back in July he set out for the day from ‘Pyreneen Pursuits’; 10 hours later he was back with 191km and 4650m of climbing under his wheels. The purpose of this ‘grand day out’? 

Training for the Tour of Denmark, a country that’s ‘flatter than Lincolnshire after a good ironing’!
